On arrival please go to the main reception area. A member of the reception team will seat you in one of two waiting areas. One of which is in the lobby near the main doors, and the other is upstairs in the atrium above.

We have separate waiting rooms and separate arrival times for all mediation clients so you will never be left sitting in the waiting room with the other party.

Parking. There is free onsite parking right outside the building.
​
Transport. The office is easily accessible by local transport, with the bus station being less than 10 minutes walk away.
