OUR EXPERT MEDIATORS
Laura Ronn
Laura co-founded Pax Mediation (formerly Family Mediation North East) in 2012, having previously qualified as a solicitor, and brings over 20 years of mediation experience, having achieved Family Mediation Council Accreditation (FMCA) in 2006. Laura is also accredited as a Personal Practice Consultant (PPC) since 2012 and an accredited Child-Inclusive Mediator since 2006. She has worked as a trainer and auditor for the Separated Parenting Information Programme (SPIP), which enhances her ability to guide parents through co-parenting challenges.

Sarah-Jane Turnbull
As a Director of Pax Mediation, Sarah-Jane achieved FMCA status in 2016. She also works as a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC), supervising and mentoring other mediators, and serves on the Family Mediation Standards Board (FMSB), which oversees and sets professional standards for mediators across the UK.

Sarah-Jane specialises in child-inclusive mediation, parenting plans, and financial settlements, helping families navigate separation with compassion and expertise.

Oliver Dobson
Oliver achieved FMCA status in 2020. Oliver is an experienced family mediator with a special focus on property and financial matters. He excels at resolving disputes efficiently, ensuring clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Oliver is a member of the Family Mediators Association (FMA) governing board and also the Young Mediators Association.
