At Pax Mediation, we offer expert family mediation services in Newcastle Quayside, helping families resolve disputes with compassion and professionalism. On arrival please go to the Regus reception on the 2nd floor. A member of the Regus team will seat you in one of two waiting areas. One of which is in the lobby and the other is in the business lounge.

We have separate waiting rooms and separate arrival times for all mediation clients so you will never be left sitting in the waiting room with the other party.

Parking. Parking can be found in St Ann's Quay, a multi-story car park behind the building.
​
Transport. The office is easily accessible by local transport, the Quaylink bus stop is less than a minute's walk. And Manors rail station is less than 10 minutes.

HOW TO BOOK MEDIATION IN NEWCASTLE
Booking your first session is simple:

Call us, email, or complete our online referral form to book your Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM).
2. Attend a MIAM
This one-on-one meeting with a mediator will assess the situation and explain how mediation works.
3. Start Mediation
Once all parties agree, we'll schedule your sessions at a time and format that suits you.
